Frank attended the University of Rio Grande where he majored in Communications and Voice Performance.  He and his wife, Terry, and their daughter, Jordan reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio where Frank is active in his community. Frank is past president of the Upper Arlington Alumni Association, was a board member and past president of the Upper Arlington Historical Society and served on the Board of Directors for the Upper Arlington Education Foundation.  He was also an officer of Vaud-Villities Productions in Columbus where he has performed in the annual production for 26 years as a chorus member and soloist.
